Elephone has been releasing a lot of different phones lately and they
have just updated their lineup with their newest model. The Elephone
P5000 is a powerful device that comes with a huge battery and a 5” inch
1080p screen and a high quality 16 megapixel camera on the back. The
phone is meant to be a real powerhouse but there is just one thing
missing on the phone and that’s 4G connectivity. But still, even without
4G this phone is a beauty to look at and it’s almost a miracle that
they kept the phone as slim as it is with a battery like that. The phone
measures just 9.3mm while having a 5,350mAh battery on board.
Elephone P5000 key specifications
- 5.5” inch 1080p capacitive touchscreen
- 1.7GHz Octa-core Mediatek MT6592 chipset
- Mali-450MP4 GPU
- 2GB RAM memory
- 16GB of internal storage
- 16 megapixel rear camera
- 8 megapixel front camera
- 5,350mAh battery
The Elephone P5000 is driven by the Mediatek MT6592 Octa-core
processor which is clocked at 1.7GHz, and together with the Mali-450MP4
this is quite a powerful setup. To make sure you get the performance you
might expect from a phone like this it’s also fitted with 2GB of RAM
memory. On the back sits the 16 megapixel camera which should promise
some great quality pictures and for the selfies you have an 8 megapixel
camera on the front. The most interesting thing about this smartphone
might be the battery. It has a whopping 5,350mAh battery that promises 4
days of battery life.
According to Elephone, It's even a
power bank
The 5350mAh capacity battery is really a
breakthrough
to smartphone, and it is not content to high
capacity, you can use P5000 as a power bank for charging other phones!
We would love to see this phone in real life to
see if it can live up to this specification.
The Elephone P5000 is said to be start shipping in early February and
costs just $240 dollars which isn’t that much considering it’s
specifications and huge battery.Source from chinese-smartphones.c
